Introduction and Hello from Tenerife

Post by TDM on October 21st 2015, 10:43 am

I have been modelling N gauge (British Outline) here in Tenerife for the past 2 years after emigrating from the U.K. back in 2004.
I came to this site after seeing a post about it on the NGF (N Gauge Forum) of which I am a member and regular contributor.
Nearly all my track, rolling stock, and scenic items I have to order on-line as there are no model railway shops in Tenerife as far as I know.
I rent a small 7th floor storeroom on the complex where I live in which I have built a small 80 inch by 30 inch layout using Scarm and AnyRail software to help me design it.
When I have learnt more about this Forum, and how to post pictures & videos on it, I will add some photos & a link to my YouTube site where there is some footage of my layout, but which is currently being modified.

Regards for now.

Thankyou - I notice you come from the Moselle region.
I am a particular lover of certain Reisling wines from the Moselle region, especially
Bernkastel wine. Most wines give me a Migraine, but German wines don't for some reason,
but can't get a decent German wine in Tenerife, only when we go on a Fred Olsen cruise
from Santa Cruz as they always have some Bernkastel wine on board.
